Welcome to North Lotto Report (the "Website"). Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our website or purchasing lottery entries. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to North Lotto Report is strictly restricted to individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • You must be at least 19 years of age. Underage gambling is a criminal offense. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage.
  • You must be physically located within the province or territory of Canada where we are licensed to operate at the time of purchase.

We utilize third-party identity verification and geolocation services. If we cannot verify your age or location, your account will be suspended.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Account Creation

To participate in games, you must register a Player Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You may only hold one (1) account. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify Customer Support immediately.

3. Game Rules and Purchases

3.1 Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are final. Once a transaction is confirmed by our servers, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified. Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

3.2 Draw Mechanics

Draws take place weekly. The winning numbers are selected via a certified mechanical draw machine or a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), depending on the specific game rules. The official results recorded in our central computer system shall govern in the event of any discrepancy with the numbers displayed on your screen.

3.3 Deadlines

Ticket sales for a specific draw close at 7:00 PM local time on the day of the draw. Purchases made after this time will automatically apply to the next scheduled draw.

4. Winnings and Prize Claims

4.1 Prize Crediting

Prizes of $1,000 CAD or less will be automatically credited to your Player Account wallet immediately following the validation of the draw results.

4.2 Major Prizes

Prizes exceeding $1,000 CAD require a manual verification process. You may be required to submit additional identification documents and complete a Prize Claim Form. Major prizes may be paid via check or wire transfer.

4.3 Claim Period

Unless otherwise stated by provincial regulations, all prizes must be claimed within twelve (12) months from the draw date. Unclaimed prizes will be handled in accordance with the regulations of the applicable Provincial Gaming Authority.

5. Responsible Gambling

North Lotto Report is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We offer tools to help you manage your play, including:

  • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
  • Time-Outs: Take a short break from the site (24 hours to 6 weeks).
  • Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily ban yourself from our services for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Selling, transferring, or acquiring Player Accounts from other players.

7. Limitation of Liability

North Lotto Report and its licensors will not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Website, including but not limited to:

  • Technical failures, server interruptions, or internet connectivity issues.
  • Errors in data entry or display.
  • Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific ticket giving rise to the claim.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province in which the license is held and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that Province.
