Ticket sales for a specific draw close at 7:00 PM local time on the day of the draw. Purchases made after this time will automatically apply to the next scheduled draw.
Prizes of $1,000 CAD or less will be automatically credited to your Player Account wallet immediately following the validation of the draw results.
Prizes exceeding $1,000 CAD require a manual verification process. You may be required to submit additional identification documents and complete a Prize Claim Form. Major prizes may be paid via check or wire transfer.
Unless otherwise stated by provincial regulations, all prizes must be claimed within twelve (12) months from the draw date. Unclaimed prizes will be handled in accordance with the regulations of the applicable Provincial Gaming Authority.
